I do not know if any one is interested but I have listed the self defense techniques of  the Tracy system on my website under the original techniques page. One of my kenpo instructors is an 8th degree black belt in the Tracy system. These techniques according to the Tracys are the original Kenpo techniques that were taught to them by Ed Parker in the sixites. Although I teach EPAKK I do make my students aware of these earlier techniques for an understanding and appreciation of where the American kenpo techniques come from.I hope all will enjoy reading over them.

Most people may not be aware of that factual truth. And many would chose not to accept it, but the fact is that it's so very true. In fact GM Al Tracy trained directly under William K.S. Chow. The late SGM Parker even verbaly elaborated to the fact that EPAK is only 10 percent of the Original material.

There is also one very bad rumor that I would like to clear up ( The Tracy Techniques Don't Work ) On the contrary, they work very well, it's a matter of personal choice. I have personaly studied the Tracy system at length. As I have said in the past ( You have to know where it came from to know where it's going or where you can take it )
